María Gabriela Diez Rodríguez is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Tax Departments. Prior to joining the firm, and before attorney Diez passed the Puerto Rico Bar, she worked as a law clerk in a boutique San Juan law firm. Shortly thereafter, by the end of 2016, she was already a full–time attorney for a well-known local law firm.
Attorney Diez’s practice focuses on corporate law, business organizations, mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations, among other corporate matters. Further, attorney Diez has developed a strong Act 20-2012 and Act 22-2012 practice, counseling and advising clients seeking to learn more about these novel economic incentive initiatives.
