Prior to joining the firm, worked as a law clerk at the Puerto Rico Supreme Court and as a paralegal at a boutique law firm specialized in tax and corporate law.
Attorney Flores focuses on corporate and tax law, including estate and tax planning, among other tax matters. Furthermore, Attorney Flores’ practice also includes commercial and civil litigation.
