SebastiánJ. Sánchez Esteve is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Tax Departments. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an associate in the commercial litigation department at a boutique law firm. While in law school, Attorney Sánchez served as a law clerk for a well-known San Juan law firm and participated as Senior Editor of the University of Puerto Rico Law Review (Volume 89).
Attorney Sanchez’s focuses on corporate and tax law, commercial transactions, estate and tax planning, among other tax matters. Furthermore, Attorney Sanchez’s practice also includes local tax incentives and exemptions for both businesses and individuals.
